Our Committees

VA Committees are formed to address specific interests in our community. Some committees are required by state law or VA Reglamentos, such as the Comite de Vigilancia and the Architecture Committee . These committee members are elected by a vote of the General Assembly. Other committees are formed out of need and the members are volunteers such as the Security Committee and the Landscape Committee. All Homeowners are invited to volunteer for the committees.

Financial Committee

Develop and maintain the financial budget and controls necessary to operate our VA community in accordance with the agreements of the General Assembly.

Landscape Committee

Develop and implement an integrated landscape vision for our Vista Antigua community to promote visual and harmonious design elements. To provide design, personnel, and financial methods to achieve our community vision.

Architecture Committee

Approval of plans and specifications, and enforce Vista Antigua Design Guidelines of new construction and exterior modifications of homes.
